All sales of our premium Human Design, astrology, and numerology interpretations are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except as specifically outlined below.

2. Limited Exception: Unauthorized Charges Only

The only exception to our no-refund policy is for unauthorized charges. We will provide a full refund solely in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent charges made without your authorization
  • Billing errors resulting in duplicate charges for the same service
  • Charges made after successful cancellation of subscription
  • Technical billing system errors resulting in incorrect charge amounts

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with interpretation content or accuracy
  • Technical issues with accessing the service (we provide technical support instead)
  • Personal financial difficulties
  • Inability to use the service due to personal circumstances
  • Comparison with other similar services
  • Disagreement with interpretation results
  • Any reason other than unauthorized charges

3. Unauthorized Charge Dispute Process

To dispute an unauthorized charge:

  2. Provide Documentation: Include proof that the charge was unauthorized (bank statements, evidence of account compromise, etc.)
  3. Investigation: We will investigate your claim within 5-7 business days
  4. Resolution: If the charge is confirmed as unauthorized, refunds will be processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days

4. Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No Refund: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
  • Future Billing: No further charges will occur after cancellation
  • Immediate Effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

5. Service Terms

By purchasing our services, you understand and agree that:

  • All interpretations are for entertainment purposes only
  • Results may vary and are subjective in nature
  • Our service provides digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of birth data provided
  • Technical support is available for accessing purchased content

All payments are processed through Paddle, our secure payment processor:

  • Charges appear on your statement as processed by Paddle
  • For billing inquiries, contact us first before disputing with your bank
  • Unauthorized charge refunds are processed through Paddle's secure system
  • Processing times depend on your financial institution

7. Account Security

To prevent unauthorized charges:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Log out of shared devices after use
  • Monitor your account for any suspicious activity
  • Contact us immediately if you suspect account compromise
  • Review your billing statements regularly

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet service provider failures
  • Third-party service outages
